1. Returns & Timeframe
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at: info@quiet-luxe-edit.com.
- Return Shipping: Costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described. In these specific cases, return shipping costs will be covered by Quiet Luxe.
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00).
- Exchanges: We accept exchanges. Please contact us before 08:00 PM (MST) to modify an order before it is processed.
2. Consumer Rights Notice
Nothing in this policy limits or excludes your rights under applicable United States consumer law. You may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product is faulty, unsafe, significantly different from its description, or does not meet acceptable quality standards.
3. Return Conditions

- Items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation once the process is complete. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.
5. Shipping & Responsibility
We are not responsible for delays or damage occurring during return shipping; we recommend using a trackable service. Customers are encouraged to inspect their order within 24 hours of delivery and report issues promptly. For undeliverable packages due to incorrect addresses, we reserve the right to charge additional reshipping costs.
